The Integral Yoga Institute (IYI) in Coimbatore offers classes in Yoga and Meditation for all. Classes are conducted at three levels: Introductory, Hatha I, and Hatha II. There are also classes available for special groups such as children, ladies, elders, pregnant women etc., conducted in a combination of Tamil & English as required.

The IYI is in the heart of Coimbatore, an industrial city situated in Tamilnadu, in South India. Much of the charm of Coimbatore comes in the fact that it has retained age old traditions, giving us the chance to experience India as it was years ago.There are many temples and nearby sightseeing areas, all readily accessible from the IYI. Coimbatoreans are quite friendly, and the streets are safe. The weather is subtropical, March-May are the hottest months of summer, and November-January the coolest.
